Outcome of Public Meeting – Zetland Terrace

Outcome of Public Meeting – Zetland Terrace

Monday 12th February 2018 – Kingsdown Village Hall
The Parish Council presented its proposal to lease the terrace outside the Zetland Arms, Kingsdown to Shepherd Neame.

Members of the public and other village organisations attended the public meeting and the Zetland Terrace lease proposal was very well received and individual attendees thanked the council for their representation.  Cllr Fowler (Chair) thanked Cllr Bucknell and Cllr Broadley for their works with Shepherd Neame.  Later that evening the council agreed to sign the lease and we hope the process will be closed in the very near future.

Our thanks to those members of the public who attended and for their interest and very favourable feedback to our work.  For more information on the summary of the Zetland Terrace lease please press lease.
